GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR FULL TRUCKLOAD

Time determined for loading and unloading, unless agreed prior to the quotation (it is not allowed to put it later in loading order without prior notice), if the customer considers that he needs a specific time, he must inform so that the truck is positioned a day earlier at the loading site for what will have an extra cost of 400€ for normal transports.
Certify and prepare the feasibility for vehicles to enter and unload on the day of loading and unloading.
Removing and installing urban elements such as signs, guardrails, etc. Any permit or escort to enter for loading and unloading in urban centers, whether or not the entry of heavy vehicles is prohibited.
Customs stops, which will cost from 35 to 55 €/hour with a maximum of 400 to 550 €/day depending on the vehicle doing the transport. TRANSVOLANDO, S.L. reserves the right to apply the automatic price update clause, based on the formulas agreed on 11-06-08 by the Administration, BOE No. 44 of June 14, 2008. The rates will be valid for 30 calendar days.
Shutdowns
- Domestic: Monday to Saturday
Art. 22 of the Land Transport Contract Law and the values foreseen for the IPREM will be implemented, at 35.5 €/hour for normal transport, at 45 €/hour for generic transports and at 55 €/hour for the transport of pipe gondolas or of large dimensions, if accompanied by a pilot car, the price will be 22 €/hour. A maximum of 10 hours per day will be counted.
Compensation for cancellations
Domestic transportation:
Normal transports, with less than 24 h, 355 €/trip except with origin in Andalusia and Extremadura, which will be 48 h. Generic, with less than 48 h 450 €/trip with platforms or gondolas of 13.6 m.
Exceptional transports, with less than 48 hours. 450 € vehicle with an increase of 210 €/permit and pilot car expenses if applicable (minimum permit cost of 210 €).
With extra sized gondolas such as tube carriers the minimum standstill will be 550 € and the maximum standstill will be the travel costs of the vehicle to load and return to base at 1.50 €/km plus pilot car expenses (minimum cost 210 €).
Merchandise
The full capacity measurements of our trailers are as follows:
- European pallets 120 x 80 cm (Max. 33 pallets)
- American pallets 120 x 100 cm (max. 26 pallets; if 1,000 kg only 24 pallets can be loaded)
For non-palletized cargo, the capacity will be 13.60 m long x 2.48 m wide x 2.65 m high (doors 2.46 m).
MMA: 24,000 kg
The pallets must be correctly packed and identified with details of the sender, consignee and number of pallets in the shipment. In the absence of a written valuation of the goods prior to quotation, the rules of the LOTT/CMR insurance of goods shall apply. In our case, the company is insured up to 90,000 €/trip, in which it can be held responsible under the conditions of our insurance, not being this all-risk insurance. Beyond this amount, TRANSVOLANDO, S.L. is not responsible for the goods. The company is not responsible for any additional costs that may be caused by delays due to force majeure both in loading and unloading, such as vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, ferry delays, etc., i.e., extreme and fortuitous cases that will be resolved as soon as possible according to availability. In all the contracts made by TRANSVOLANDO, S.L., if there is any controversy that cannot be solved, it shall be submitted to the Arbitration Boards of Madrid.
IMPORTANT: If you are an intermediary company, you must inform your clients of these conditions and possible cost overruns so as not to claim ignorance on their part.

In both cases, if the loading or unloading hours exceed those indicated above, the conditions established in the section on stoppages (art. 22 of the Land Transport Contract Law) shall apply.
Does not include
VAT and other taxes.
The general conditions specify the specified time for loading and unloading, except when agreed upon before the quotation (it is not allowed to add it after the loading order without prior notice). If the client believes a specific time is needed, they must inform us, and the truck will be positioned one day before at the loading site, incurring an additional cost of €400 for regular transports, €500 for general cargo, and €600 for flatbeds that travel empty with extra measurements, such as pipe-carrying flatbeds.
Awning for merchandise, unless written notice from the customer prior to quotation. Regardless of whether or not it has an awning, we are exempt from damage or wetting. If the awnings are broken (by gusts of air, sharp parts that break the awning, etc.), the carrier is exempt from liability, since the insurances are not responsible either. In the quotation, everything necessary to the destination of the merchandise is included.

As per these general conditions, the flatbeds with extra measurements, like pipe-carrying flatbeds, will have a minimum standby cost of €550 and a maximum cost of the travel expenses incurred by the vehicle until the loading site and back to the base at €1.50 per kilometer, plus the cost of a pilot car (minimum cost of €210).

Waiter: 66€/hour. Waiting time: 17€/half hour additional, being the 1st half hour free of charge if the delivery is before 12:00h. 22€/shipment, if delivery is before 14:00h. 11€ expedition.
Rates include forwarding and LOTT insurance.
VAT not included.
When the merchandise exceeds the established weight and volume maximums, another full pallet unit will be applied.
Insurance, service and shipping are governed by the LOTT. However, you can ask us to contract additional insurance according to your needs.
Pick-ups and deliveries will be made on the first floor of the company.
In the case of flammable, explosive or any other type of dangerous goods, we must be informed of this circumstance prior to contracting (see information on dangerous goods).
Excluded from this quotation method are goods containing flammable products, explosives and refrigerated goods.
According to our general conditions, pallets must be correctly packaged and labeled, providing sender and recipient information, along with the number of pallets in the shipment.
TRANSVOLANDO, S.L. reserves the right to apply the automatic price update clause, based on the formulas agreed on 11-06-08 by the Administration, BOE No. 44 of June 14, 2008. Rates may be revised if no shipments are made within three months with 30 days notice. For the Canary Islands, an additional €18 per shipment will be added for SAD.
For the Canary Islands, the cost of goods insurance will be added to the tariff, which will be 0.80% of the declared invoice value.
