These conditions are fundamental to ensure a transparent and trustworthy relationship between us and our customers. FULL TRAILER GENERAL CONDITIONS

Quotation

It includes:

• LOTT insurance
• National services: 2h. loading and 2h. unloading (unless other conditions agreed prior to quotation).

In both cases, if the loading or unloading hours exceed those indicated above, the conditions established in the section on stoppages (art. 22 of the Land Transport Contract Act) shall apply.

It does not include

• VAT and other taxes.
• Time determined for loading and unloading, unless agreed prior to the quotation (it is not allowed to put it later in the loading order without prior notice), if the customer considers that he needs a specific time, he must inform so that the truck is positioned one day earlier at the loading site, for which he will have an extra cost of 400€ for normal transports.
• Certify and prepare the feasibility for vehicles to enter for loading and unloading on the day of loading and unloading.
• Removal and installation of urban elements such as signs, guardrails, etc. Any permission or escort to enter loading and unloading in urban centres, whether or not entry is prohibited for heavy vehicles.
• Customs stops, which will cost from 35 to 55 €/hour with a maximum of 400 to 550 €/day depending on the vehicle doing the transport.

TRANSVOLANDOS.L. reserves the right to apply the automatic price update clause, based on the formulas agreed on 11-06-08 by the Administration, BOE no. 44 of 14 June 2008. The rates will be valid for 30 calendar days.

Shutdowns

• Nationalfrom Monday to Saturday

Article 22 of the Land Freight Transport Contract Act and the values set under the IPREM will apply: €40/hour for standard transport, €45/hour for generic transport, and €55/hour for lowboy or oversized transport. If a pilot car escort is required, the rate is €22/hour. A maximum of 10 hours per day will be computed.

Compensation for cancellations

National transport:

Normal transports, with less than 24 h, 355 €/trip except with origin in Andalusia and Extremadura, which will be 48 h. Generic, with less than 48 h, 450 €/trip with platforms or gondolas of 13.6 m.

Exceptional transports, with less than 48 h. 450 € vehicle with increase of 210 €/permit and pilot car expenses if applicable (minimum permit cost of 210 €).

With extra sized gondolas such as tube racks the minimum standstill is 550 € and the maximum standstill is the travel costs of the vehicle up to the loading and back to the base at 1.50 €/km plus pilot car costs (minimum cost 210 €).

Goods

The full capacity measurements of our trailers are as follows:

• Pallets Europeans 120 x 80 cm (max. 33 pallets)
• American pallets 120 x 100 cm (max. 26 pallets; if 1,000 kg only 24 pallets can be loaded)

For non-palletised cargo, the capacity shall be 13.60 m long x 2.48 m wide x 2.65 m high (doors 2.46 m).

MMA: 24,000 kg

Pallets must be properly packed and identified, detailing the sender, consignee and the number of pallets in the shipment. If there is no written valuation of the goods prior to quotation, the LOTT/CMR goods insurance rules will apply. In our case, the company is insured up to €90,000/trip, under which it can be liable subject to our insurance conditions (not all-risk).

Above that amount, TRANSVOLANDO, S.L. is not liable for the goods. The company is not liable for additional costs that may arise from delays due to force majeure at loading or unloading, such as vehicle breakdown, weather events, ferry delays, etc. — that is, extreme and fortuitous cases that will be resolved as soon as possible subject to availability. In all contracts entered into by TRANSVOLANDO, S.L., should any unresolved dispute arise, it will be referred to the Madrid Arbitration Boards.

IMPORTANT: In the case of an intermediary company, it must inform its clients of these conditions and possible cost overruns so as not to claim ignorance on their part.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT OF MACHINERY

Quotation

It includes:

• LOTT insurance
• National services: 2h. loading and 2h. unloading (unless other conditions agreed prior to quotation).

In both cases, if the loading or unloading hours exceed those indicated above, the conditions established in the section on stoppages (art. 22 of the Land Transport Contract Act) shall apply.

Not included:

• VAT and other taxes.
• The general conditions establish that the time of loading and unloading, unless agreed prior to the quotation (it is not allowed to put it later in the loading order without prior notice), if the client considers that he needs a specific time, he must inform the truck to be positioned one day before at the loading site, for which he will have an extra cost of 400 € for normal transports, 500 € for generic and 600 € for gondolas that circulate, empty with extra measures, such as, for example, the tube gondolas.
• Awning for the goods, unless the customer gives written notice prior to the quotation. Irrespective of whether or not the awning is attached, we are exempt from damage or wetting. If the awnings are broken (by gusts of air, sharp parts that break the awning, etc.), the carrier is exempt from liability, as the insurances are not liable either. In the quotation, everything necessary to the destination of the goods is included.
• Certify and prepare the feasibility for vehicles to enter for loading and unloading on the day of loading and unloading.
• Removal and installation of urban elements such as signs, guardrails, etc. Any permission or escort to enter loading and unloading in urban centres, whether or not entry is prohibited for heavy vehicles.

A maximum of 10 hours per day will be calculated.

Generic, with less than 48 h 500 €/trip with platforms or gondolas of 13.6 m.

Quotation

• LOTT insurance
• National services: 2h. loading and 2h. unloading (unless other conditions agreed prior to quotation).

In both cases, if the loading or unloading hours exceed those indicated above, the conditions established in the section on stoppages (art. 22 of the Land Transport Contract Act) shall apply.

Not included:

• VAT and other taxes.
• The general conditions state that the determined time of loading and unloading, unless agreed prior to the quotation (it is not allowed to put it later in order of loading without prior notice), if the customer considers that he needs a specific time, he must inform so that the truck is positioned one day earlier at the loading site for which he will have an extra cost of 400€ for normal transports.
• Certify and prepare the feasibility for vehicles to enter for loading and unloading on the day of loading and unloading.
• Removing and installing urban elements such as signs, guardrails, etc.
• Any permit or escort to enter for loading and unloading in urban centres, whether or not entry is prohibited for heavy goods vehicles.
• Customs stops, which will cost from 35 to 55 €/hour with a maximum of 400 to 550 €/day depending on the vehicle doing the transport.

General terms and conditions for groupage contracts

PALLET TYPES DEPALLETISING LEVEL

Porter: 66€/hour. Waiting time: 17€/additional half hour, being the first half hour free of charge if the delivery is before 12:00h. 22€/dispatch, if the delivery is before 14:00h. 11€ expedition.

Rates include forwarding and LOTT insurance.

VAT not included.

When the goods exceed the established weight and volume maximums, another full pallet unit will be applied.

As for insurance, services and shipping, they will be governed by the LOTT. However, you can ask us to take out additional insurance according to your needs.

Collections and deliveries will be made on the ground floor of the company.

In the case of flammable, explosive or any other type of dangerous goods, you must inform us of this circumstance prior to contracting (see information on dangerous goods).

Goods containing flammable products, explosives and refrigerated goods are excluded from this quotation method.

According to our general conditions, the pallets must be correctly packed and identified detailing sender, recipient and the number of pallets of which the shipment is composed.

TRANSVOLANDO, S.L. reserves the right to apply the automatic price update clause, based on the formulas agreed on 11-06-08 by the Administration, BOE no. 44 of 14 June 2008. The rates may be revised if no shipments are made within a period of three months with 30 days' notice. For the Canary Islands, €18 per shipment will be added as SAD.

For the Canary Islands, the cost of goods insurance will be added to the tariff, which will be 0.80% on the declared invoice value.
