For our express road transport service, we operate throughout Spain – whether for event transport in Tarragona or event transport in Barcelona – with the exception of the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. We have the necessary infrastructure to guarantee reliable express transport across the whole of Spain. Where the service requires it, we work with highly trusted partners.

We are a specialized team to transport materials, equipment and structures (stands, scenery, sound/lighting, furniture, promotional material, etc.) to the event venue and/or back to the warehouse, with prior planning, schedule coordination and incident control so that everything arrives on time and in perfect condition.

The key to success in any live production lies in millimetric logistical planning. We specialize in transporting events, guaranteeing maximum operational security so that audiovisual equipment, sets and promotional material are ready to go into action without setbacks.

We know that each festival, tour or corporate fair has unique requirements. For this reason, we design a completely customized event transportation service, analyzing your needs with empathy and flexibility to resolve any challenge or last-minute change.

Depending on the operation, you can work with a tauliner, a truck with a tailgate and vans for urgent or last-minute material, among others, depending on the type of load and access to the premises.

Si tu feria es Messe Frankfurt (Mobility, Light + Building, Texcare, Frankfurt Book Fair, etc.) tenemos protocolos de acceso ya establecidos y franjas pre-validadas con seguridad del recinto. Mándanos m³ del stand desmontado, fecha de montaje y código de stand: presupuesto cerrado en menos de 2 horas laborales.

Sí, lo coordinamos como parte del servicio integral. Gestionamos: franja de descarga con el organizador (IFEMA Operaciones, Fira BCN Logística, Messe Frankfurt Verkehrsleitung), permiso de acceso del vehículo y conductor, circular de tráfico interno del recinto y descarga con grúa o transpaleta según necesidad. Si tu stand requiere acceso fuera de horario estándar (madrugada, fin de semana), gestionamos sobrecoste de operador del recinto. Si tu material es AV sensible (pantallas LED, equipos rigging), usamos semirremolques con suspensión neumática y descenso suave para evitar daños mecánicos.

Es habitual en sectores como tecnología, retail premium o industrial: 3-4 ferias europeas en 6 semanas. Lo resolvemos con ruta tour pre-planificada: estudiamos calendario y geografía, planificamos pernoctas, tiempos de conducción según AETR, almacenamiento intermedio si hay gap entre ferias y desplazamientos óptimos. Para Europa fuera de UE (UK post-Brexit, Suiza), usamos ATA notebook que evita pagar aranceles en cada paso fronterizo. Nuestros almacenes bonded de Madrid y Frankfurt sirven como hub seguro entre ferias consecutivas (climatización, seguro de almacenamiento incluido).

A modular stand of approximately 24 cubic meters on 4 to 6 Euro pallets costs €2,200 to €3,400 round trip, including:

  • Delivery to the IFEMA Madrid loading dock coordinated with the official logistics operator of the venue

The ATA notebook is an international customs document that allows for the temporary duty-free importation of professional equipment for up to 12 months. You need it when you send:

  • Stands, displays and audiovisual equipment at a Spanish or British fair
  • Demo team for product launches
  • Sample product for display (must be returned)

ATA carnets are issued by the national chambers of commerce (Madrid Chamber, London Chamber) and are presented to customs upon entry and exit. Cost: £160–£280 plus a deposit of 40% of the declared value (refundable on return). Without a notebook, the equipment is considered a definitive import and accrues tariffs + VAT.

Reservation deadlines by fair category:

  • Tier 1 Fairs (Mobile World Congress Barcelona, ​​FITUR Madrid, Genera IFEMA, NEC Birmingham): book 3–4 weeks before the build-up
  • Tier 2 Fairs (Hispack, Smart City Expo, ExCeL London exhibitions): 2–3 weeks
  • Regional Tier 3 Events (FIBES Sevilla, Bilbao Exhibition Centre, SEC Glasgow): 1–2 weeks

For dedicated direct loads we accept reservations up to 48 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability.
